    Energie voor de Industrie (hereinafter: "EVDI", "we", "us") places great importance on protecting your personal data. In this privacy statement, we explain what data we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it — in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG/GDPR).

    2. What data do we collect?

    We only collect data that you provide to us yourself through our forms:

    • Name and company name
    • Email address
    • Telephone number
    • Answers to questions in our Energy Check-up and Quickscan
    • Messages you send via the contact form

    3. Purposes of processing

    We use your data solely for:

    • Responding to your contact request
    • Carrying out your quickscan or check-up and sending you the results
    • Scheduling an advisory consultation if you consent to this

    We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters or resale to third parties unless you give explicit consent.

    4. Legal basis

    We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent declaration on our forms. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

    5. Retention period

    We retain your data for no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, up to a maximum of 2 years after our last contact. The data is then deleted.

    6. Sharing with third parties

    We do not share your personal data with third parties unless this is necessary to deliver our services (for example, to send emails through our email provider). We have entered into data processing agreements with these processors.

    7. Cookies

    This website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to operate. We do not place tracking or marketing cookies.

    8. Your rights

    Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

    • Access — You can ask what data we hold about you
    • Rectification — You can have inaccurate data corrected
    • Erasure — You can request that your data be deleted
    • Withdrawal of consent — You can withdraw your consent at any time
